Concept
— a special day, a special place, a special time —

An emerald sea in front of you, and the sun sinking into the horizon. St.ELMO is the restaurant closest to the sea on Ishigaki, an oceanfront dining room where the island's views and its food can be enjoyed from morning to night.
The kitchen is led by a chef who earned a Michelin star in Osaka. Ishigaki beef, Agu pork, island vegetables — the island's produce, handled with real skill and served without ceremony. We promise not to turn a special trip into something stiff.
Origin
About St.ELMO
A pale blue light that appears at the tip of a ship's mast on stormy nights — that isSt. Elmo's Fire. Sailors took it as a sign of hope. St.ELMO carries that name, and lights a small lamp for those travelling the island.
