Ishigaki beef, with a sauce built on French technique. No knife, no fork — the most generous way to eat it.

A juicy Ishigaki beef patty layered with pineapple grown here on Ishigaki. The house sauce, chosen by our Michelin-starred chef, draws the savour of the beef and the sweetness of the fruit into one. This is the burger we are proudest of.

03 — A la carte
Choose pasta for something easy, or the French set when you want a proper main. Both can be ordered on their own.
Larger portions available (1.5× for JPY 300, 2× for JPY 600).
Served with bread. Larger portions on request.
Add a drink set for JPY 600, or a soup and drink set for JPY 900.
