The menu follows a day in Ishigaki across eight courses, built on seasonal Yaeyama produce and supervised by Michelin-starred chef Seiji Kiyota.

Can you prepare a message plate for a birthday or anniversary?
Yes. The Celebrate Plate (¥3,000, incl. tax) adds a message to your dessert. Please let us know when you reserve.
Which seating is better for the sunset?
Sunset in Ishigaki shifts through the year. The recommended seating for each month is listed in thesunset calendar. Please check before reserving. How the sunset appears depends on the weather.
Is it close to Fusaki Beach Resort?
Yes. About one minute by car, or a ten-minute walk from Fusaki Beach Resort Hotel & Villas, and about ten minutes by car from central Ishigaki.
